Your item arrived defective? Send it back for free.
We stand by each item in our product line and want you to be satisfied with the items purchased from us. We deal with returns on a case-by-case basis and issue refunds upon receipt and inspection of goods in our warehouse.
- Step 1. Submit a request and we will get back to within 1 business day.
- Step 2. Ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping provider
- Step 3. We process your return within 3 business days of it being received and reimburse you the shipping cost
Full refunds for defective and/or unopened items.
Full refunds issues only in the following cases:
- The item is damaged/faulty on arrival
- The item is an unused condition, with unopened original packaging just as it was
- The item question does not correspond to the actual order
Refund Policy FAQ
Defective items must be reported to customer service (email@example.com) within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.
After your return is processed in our warehouse, it typically takes up to 2-5 business days to show up on your bank account.
Items purchased with a discount coupon
In case of a refund such orders are only eligible for refund through store credit.
Every item purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
All exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. A $2.50 restocking fee will be withheld from any return received without it’s original packaging.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
